Aircraft are built carefully in huge assembly halls. The company making the large passenger jets needs to work on several jets at a time. Many thousands of workers are needed to make and put together the millions of parts in an aircraft. Safety is checked at all times as each part is tested.
When the aircraft is completely assembled, it is painted in the buying company's colours and it is thoroughly tested.
